What is Photo Drop?
Photo Drop gives your guests a simple private link and QR code for uploading the photos and videos they take at your event. Everything is collected in one place for you to review and download later.
What is the Digital Guestbook?
Digital Guestbook gives guests an easy place to leave personal messages, memories, well wishes, and optional photos. You receive separate links for guests to sign the Guestbook, view approved entries, and privately manage your Guestbook.
Do my guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests can use Photo Drop or sign your Digital Guestbook directly from their phone browser. There is no app to install and no guest account or login required.
What is the difference between Photo Drop and Digital Guestbook?
Photo Drop captures what your guests saw. Digital Guestbook captures what they want to say. Photo Drop focuses on collecting guest photos and videos. Digital Guestbook focuses on messages, memories, well wishes, and optional photos.
Can I purchase Photo Drop and Digital Guestbook together?
Yes. During the launch period, Photo Drop is $29, Digital Guestbook is $29, or you can get both for the same event for $49.
Can guests upload videos?
Yes. Photo Drop supports both photos and videos, so guests can contribute candid pictures, short clips, speeches, dancing, and other event moments. Digital Guestbook entries can include an optional photo, but not video.
Can I approve Digital Guestbook entries before they appear?
Yes. You can enable moderation so new Guestbook entries wait for your approval before appearing on the public View Guestbook page, or allow new entries to appear immediately.
What do I receive after purchase?
With Photo Drop, you receive your private Event Upload Portal with your upload link and QR code, a way to view incoming uploads, and a Download All option.
With Digital Guestbook, you receive your Sign Guestbook, View Guestbook, and private Manage Your Guestbook links. Keep the Manage link private.
If you purchase the bundle, you receive both experiences for the same event.
How long are Photo Drop uploads available?
Photo Drop event uploads are available for 90 days after the event. After the retention period ends, the files are automatically deleted, so download anything you want to keep before then.
Can I customize my Digital Guestbook?
Yes. Choose from different themes and styles, then personalize the look for your event. The themes are starting points, not locked templates. Depending on the design, you can adjust settings such as the Guestbook title, colors, background, accent styling, and other appearance options from your private Manage Guestbook page.
